🔘How to HDB!

A few quick screenshots on how to best utilize HDB

You can either press the button on the taskbar or press the F1 Key!

Press F1 on your Keyboard

Wait 5-10 seconds

If it doesn't put your name and email go ahead and enter it so it generates a ticket just for you!

Put information regarding what the issue is - The more the better! If you have error messages we would forever be grateful!

Double check your work and press Submit!

The more information you submit the easier it is for us to help you!

You might even get a golden ticket! 😄
