What to expect from us over the next several months. This is an template of what happens but your project and onboarding will be customized to you depending on your specific needs!


1. Kick-Off Call

This is a 30–60-minute call to introduce you to our team and start the information gathering process.

People Involved:

  • eTop Sales

  • Projects

  • Service

  • Client Decision Maker (DM)

  • Client Point of Contact (POC)

  • Others as needed

Information Needed:

  • Firewall Passwords

  • Domain Passwords

  • Application Admin Passwords

  • List of Equipment

Setup:

  • Establish milestone timeline estimates


2. Install Software Tools

Our engineer will be sent onsite and will also work with your team remotely to install our solution.

Software Being Installed:

  • RMM – Remote Monitoring and Maintenance Tool (Automate)

  • Remote Access – Screensharing and remote access tool (Control)

  • Sophos AV – Computer Protection

  • Huntress – Latent threat detection/MTR

  • Immy.bot – Software updating and standardization

  • AutoElevate

  • Microsoft Office

Hardware Being Installed (as applicable):

  • Sophos Firewall – Will replace any existing firewall

  • BDR – Backup server (if client has on-premise servers)

  • Dell Computers/Laptops

  • Dell Servers

  • Unifi Switching, Wireless


3. Week 2 Check-In Meeting

  • Start welcome emails to all users

  • Review any issues or pending information from both client and eTop

  • Check in on expectations

  • Schedule installation of ordered equipment (if arrived from vendor)

  • Review procurement and estimated milestone timelines


4. Week 4 Check-In Meeting

  • Review outcomes of milestones

  • Set any further milestones and/or installation dates

  • Check in on expectations


5. Week 6 Check-In Meeting

  • Review outcomes of milestones

  • Set any further milestones and/or installation dates

  • Check in on expectations


6. Week 8 Check-In Meeting

  • Project should mostly be complete

  • If complete, schedule 3-month follow-up for Strategic Business Review (SBR)

  • If incomplete, schedule a 2-week follow-up meeting
