Install applications

  1. Open the Google Play store and search for Authenticator, Outlook, and Teams

  2. Install Microsoft Authenticator, Microsoft Outlook, and Microsoft Teams

Set up Applications and Multifactor Authentication

  1. Open Outlook first. Select "Add Account"

  2. Enter your work email address in the "Enter your Email" box. Select "Continue"

  3. Enter your work email password in the Password field. Select "Sign In"

  4. If prompted to Add another account, select "Maybe Later"

  5. Enable notifications if required.

  6. Go back to the home screen and open Authenticator

  7. When prompted, allow Authenticator to send notifications

  8. The Next two screens are prompts that will accept the license agreement and send user data to Microsoft. Select Accept the license agreement, but the send user data is up to you. Select Continue

  9. The next screen is where we add your account. Select "Add Work or School account

  10. Click Sign in

  11. You should be prompted to select an account to continue. Select your work email address

  12. Click Next here to open a web browser

  13. sign into the web browser with your credentials

  14. Once Signed in, you will get "Action Required" screen. Tap Next

  15. Click Next again

  16. Select "Pair your account to the app by clicking this link"

  17. Authenticator is now configured

  18. Go back to your browser and select Next

  19. You will see a number on your screen and a notification on the top. Remember the number and tap the notification

  20. Type the number you remembered in the blank provided, then click Yes

  21. click Next in the browser and now multifactor is registered! Select Done.

  22. Back at the home screen, open up Teams. Select Get Started, and select your notification preferences.

  23. Enter your email address and select Next

  24. You might be prompted to download the Intune Company Portal. If you are prompted, select "Go to store" and Install on the Intune Company Portal

  25. Open the Intune Company Portal Sign in, and then Teams will work!
