    ImmyBot Maintenance Emails

    As part of eTop’s commitment to transparent communication, an automated system does maintenance on systems on a regular, agreed upon schedule. During this time, you may receive automated communications from Immybot indicating that maintenance is happening.

    The emails are branded with eTop Technology’s logo and the logo of ImmyBot. They may or may not contain actionable buttons. Here is what they look like:

    1. This email is informational and contains no action items. It is an alert email indicating that ImmyBot is checking to see if there are updates required.

    2. This email indicates that there are updates and they will be completed at midnight. It also has buttons that give the option to postpone the updates or complete them now.

    3. This email indicates that updates are complete and the system requires a restart.
